Enroll in our classes and learn how to accept personal responsibility for your own happiness. Learn how to change bad habits and put an end to your own abusive words and actions.
You owe it to yourself to learn the skills needed to have loving, kind, happy, healthy relationships.
By attending one class weekly for 26 weeks I will be learning how to:
- Stop making excuses for myself when I say or do things I'm later sorry about.
- Stop "losing it" and take control of my own reactions.
- Recognize my behavior is an independent and separate choice from when someone else says or does something I think is wrong.
- Recognize why I feel like I'm the victim when I say or do something inappropriate or hurtful.
- Realize how I let myself get so upset at what other people say or do.
- Treat others how I would want to be treated; even if others don't.
- Act appropriately even if I'm upset, hurt, angry, or afraid.
- Make healthy choices in very difficult and challenging situations.
- Feel confident and not doubt myself when I'm doing the right thing.
- Stay calm and respond appropriately in tense situations.
- Do the moral and right thing no matter what.
- Practice integrity consistently.
- Make sure my kids have at least one sane and healthy parent.
- Accept I can make good choices and change my life for the better.
